FLATTER EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS LIABILITY FOR THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR REPRESENTATIONAL FIDELITY OF ANY VISUAL DESIGN IMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Architectural renderings, visualizations, and computer-generated images
